Laboratory of Robotics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering is located in the South-Western part of the city, 2 km from the motorway in the direction of Trieste. Other technical faculties and research institutions are located nearby. The walking distance from the city centre to the faculty is 15-20 minutes.
From the main bus/train station Ljubljana walk west through “Trg Osvobodilne Fronte” until you reach the crossroad with “Slovenska cesta”. Turn left at the crossroad. After about 100 m you will reach the “Bavarski dvor” bus stop. Go to the right (west) side of “Slovenska cesta” and the bus route 6 direction “Dolgi most” will take you directly to the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, “Hajdrihova” bus stop. The fare can only be paid using an Urbana Card, which can be purchased from the green multilingual automated machines found at many bus stops. The Faculty is located at the “Hajdrihova” bus stop which is the fifth stop after “Bavarski dvor”. If you arrive in Ljubljana from the North-West from ‘Kranj’, bus route 1 direction “Mestni log” will also take you directly to the faculty, “Hajdrihova” bus stop. (See the google map).
