Aleksander Rajhard

He was born in 1995 in Kranj, Slovenia. He attended the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, where he obtained an M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering. For his thesis, he was researching how the brain compensates the effect of macro- and micro-gravity in human arm motion planning. He works as a researcher at the Laboratory of Robotics, at the same faculty. His research area is human-robot interaction, particularly rehabilitation robotics.

Tina Starsgard

She was born in 1988 in Slovenj Gradec, Slovenia. She attended Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Maribor, Slovenia, where she obtained the M.Sc. degree in Media Communication. Her main working area are media communication, public relations and marketing. She is currently working as a communication specialist in the Laboratory of Robotics.

Dr. Aljaž Baumkircher

He was born in 1994 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. He attended Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, where he obtained the M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2018. His M.Sc. thesis covered the developement and improvement of data-dependent acquisiton analysis software in mass spectrometry. He is currently a junior researcher and a Ph. D. student in the Laboratory of Robotics, at the same faculty. His research focuses on collaborative robotics.

Dr. Peter Krapež

He was born in 1993 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. He attended Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, where he obtained the M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2017. His M.Sc. thesis covered the development of software for measurement station for industrial line. He is currently a junior researcher and Ph. D. student in the Laboratory of Robotics, at the same faculty. His research focuses on localisation of mobile platforms.

Kristina Nikolovska

She was born in 1994 in Bitola, Macedonia. She attended the Faculty of electrical engineering in Ljubljana, Slovenia where she obtained an M.Sc. degree in Electrical engineering 2019. Her M.SC thesis covered the development of path planning algorithms for autonomous guided vehicles.  She currently works as a researcher in the Laboratory of robotics, at the same faculty. Her researcher area is human-robot interaction, particularly the perceived safety of robots.

Simon Erjavec

He attended Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, where he obtained the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2018. His B.Sc. thesis covered development and improvement of collaboration between robot and operator.

Zoran Ivanić

He attended Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, where he obtained the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering. His B.Sc. thesis covered radio-frequency source with an adjustable attenuator. 

Dr. Eva Čebašek

She attended Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, where she obtained the M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering in year 2015. Her M.Sc. thesis was in the field of laser direct imaging process and acousto‑optics. In the year 2019 she obtained a Ph. D. at the Laboratory of Robotics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana. Her research area is human‑robot interaction, particularly rehabilitation robotics.

Matej Štefanič

He attended Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, where he obtained the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2016. His B.Sc. thesis covers Video interface for FPGA development board.

Dr. Blaž Jakopin

He received B.Sc. and D.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia in the years 2014 and 2018, respectively. His research interests included psychophysiology, human biomechanics and hardware development.

Dr. David Kraljić

He received BA and MSci degrees in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a DPhil degreee in Theoretical Physics from the University of Oxford. At the Laboratory of Robotics he worked on developing new methods for additive manufacturing.

Dr. Jure Rejc

He received B.Sc., M.Sc and D.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia in the years 2002, 2005 and 2014, respectively.

Dr. Andraž Rihar

He received B.Sc. and D.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia in 2012 and 2016, respectively.

Roman Hribar

He received B.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia in 2013. He was working on robotic mechanism for pipetting.

Luka Ambrožič

He received B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia in 2012. He worked on Cyberlegs project.

Mag. Janko Kolar

He received B.Sc. degree in physics in 2000, and two M.Sc: in 2002 from International Space University in Strasburg and in 2011 from University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. He worked on CareToy project.

Maja Goršič

She received B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia in 2012. She worked on Cyberlegs project.

Prof. Dr. Miloš Žefran

He received diploma degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics in 1989 and 1992 respectively, and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering in 1992, all from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. He received a M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995 and 1996 respectively. Since Summer 1999 he has been with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago where he is currently an associate professor.
